As a part of their corporate social
responsibility thrust, Mighty Corp. encourages local farmers to lean towards
the use of organic-based pesticides.
According to Mighty Corp.'s executive president,
this movement caused the number of chemical pesticides users to decrease and
allowed the users of organic pesticides to rise up.
This movement aims to help the environment while
also increasing the income of domestic farmers and extinguishing the use of
chemicals as a component for pesticides.
Mighty Corp. joins National Tobacco
Administration (NTA), Fertilizer and Pesticide Authority (FPA) of the
Department of Agriculture (DA) and University of the Philippines in Los Baños,
Laguna (UPLB) to support this cause.
